In this video, I add baby food to a simple combination of ingredients that can be made  in the Hasbro Easy Bake Oven, Toaster Oven and Conventional Oven. My baby boy who is 17 months old is in the video. In all my years of eating and decorating vegan birthday cakes, I've always hated icing.  In order to decorate a traditional birthday cake, you need 5 cups of sugar and 1 cup of margarine! Ah, so much sugar and fat!! Plus most cake recipes contain even more sugar than my great tasting, vegan chocolate cake recipe. With this vegan bundt recipe, you get 5 cups less sugar than a traditional cake plus the jaw dropping, shocked expression on your child's precious face.
