The Secrets of Vegan Baking Class has been sponsored by and held at Whole Foods Market in San Mateo, California. In 2010, Christine held four vegan baking classes at Whole Foods Market with the non-profit Bay Area Vegetarians who managed class registration and marketing. Christine donated all class profits to Bay Area Vegetarians to support their outreach efforts.
